DWOR ("we", "us", "our") operates Society Audit App. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights over that data.
When a society registers, we collect the society name, registered address, co-operative registration number, contact information, member count, and the founding admin's name, email, phone, user ID and password. As you use the app, we store the records you create — members, bills, receipts, vouchers, loans, ledgers and reports.
Your data is used only to operate Society Audit App for your society — generating reports, processing payments, sending notifications, and providing support. We never sell your data, and we never share one society's data with another society.
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers; Razorpay handles all payment information securely.
Each society's data is isolated at the database level. All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
